Before Your First Class

If you’re joining us for the first time, there are just a couple of quick steps before you book your class.

To keep our studio safe and ensure you get the best experience possible, all new clients are required to read our Policy Guidelines, complete a Sign Up Form and a Waiver Sheet before attending their first session.
